It is one of the famous short trek which starts from Pokhara, a beautiful city. You will hardly find tourist on the way. This trek takes you through the forests and Gurung village. It offers you the chance to observe the wonderful life style of the local Gurung people.

You will be enjoying the panoramic views of the mountains such as Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Machhapuchare. The utmost point of this trek is Panchase hill and it is a kind of pilgrimage for Hindu people.

You can extend your trip for few more days here if you have got a long holiday. No lodges are available on the trail. It is completely a camping trek.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu 1,310m Welcoming by Amis Himalaya Adventure Treks Member and direct transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu with Bed & Breakfast plan.

Day 07 : Chitre-Matathanti 1,200m.Today trek takes us past scattered villages to the village of Matathanti, where we overnight.

Day 08 : Matathanti / Ghaundrung 1,940m. An easy walk today before an ascent to Ghaundrung, the largest Gurung village in the region. Overnight in Ghaundrung.

Day 09 : Ghaundrung Take the day in Ghaundrung to rest and enjoy the scenic beauty of the area and the town. Overnight in Ghaundrunk.

Day 10 : Ghaundrung-Pothana 1,910m.Start off downhill to ModiKhola, crossing on a suspension bridge. The trail turns uphill to Landrung Village, where Machhapuchhre and Annapurna are visible from the trail. It' an uphill walk through woodlands to Deurali, then a g

Day 11 : Pothana -Pokhara 820m.Walk to Damphus, then along the ridge to Phedi, passing rice fields and villages on the way. Then on to Pokhara. 3 hours walking you have time to relax or explore the Pokhara area. Overnight stay at hotel near Lake Phewa.

Day 12 : Pokhara - Kathmandu Drive or fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel with Bed & Breakfast plan.

Day 13 : Free day in Kathmandu Evening will Dinner together with Typical Nepali Culture.

Day 14 : Departure from Kathmandu to your onward destination.
