How to Make Bookings with Amis Himalaya Adventure?

The Advantage of Booking Early:
The sooner you book your trip, the sooner we can start arranging your services. If you are planning your trip in the peak season, ideally, you should book 3 or 4 months in advance as hotel rooms and flight bookings are limited. While we accept bookings as late as 30-60 days before the trip according to our terms-and-conditions.html, we encourage you to book as early as possible to allow us time to make the best bookings possible for you.

Advance Deposit:
To confirm your bookings we require a non-refundable deposit US$ of 30% down payment in advance. This amount is mandatory to book the flight tickets, hotel and process permits. Bookings must be done 30- 60 days prior to the start of the trek. We will confirm your booking by email after receiving your deposit.

You are expected to make the full payment at the time of check in to your hotel on arrival in Kathmandu, before the start of your trip.

This deposit money can be sent by bank-to-bank transfer, Western Union, money grams, or credit card (telex transfer or wire transfer). You can send US dollars, or Euro or Swiss FR or the equivalent in or other currencies.
