One of well Adventure trekking in Everest Area of Nepal- Combined Treks of Gokyo valley Ri, Chola pass( 5320m) and Trek up to Everest base People from Tibet walk all the way down to Namche to sell their home made stuffs and salt to trade. The most wonderful experience would be to explore this area during the end of monsoon season when flowers pop out in Nangpala, giving the trekkers the illusion that they are walking on textured carpet.
The strong fragrances of flowers refresh the mind and feel heavenly to camp there and have a very sweet sleep at night. The caravan-style business, its remoteness, the biggest glaciers in the whole of the Khumbu region and spectacular views of Mt. Everest and Mt. Cho Oyo are the spectacular features in this trek. The newly opened Renjo Pass crossing from Gokyo to Nangpala is a breathtakingly beautiful walk with mountains surrounding us.
The GokyoRirenjo la pass Trek offers an alternative to the traditional Everest base camp trek. From Goyko RI, more of Everest itself is visible than from Kala Pattar above GorakShep. The mountains are more spectacular, the Ngozumpa Glacier is the largest in the Nepal Himalaya and, from a ridge above Goyko, and four 8000-meter peaks (Cho Oyu, Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu) are visible. The view of the tremendous ice ridge between Cho Oyu and Gyachung Kang (7922m) is one of the most dramatic panoramas in Khumbu. This trek is little less crowded then the base camp trek.
This 17-day Gokyo Valley riRenjo la pass trek brings you to the Gokyo Lake Valley up the DudhKosi River from the Sherpa villages of Namche Bazaar and Khumjung. It is less touristy area than the traditional route to Kalapathar and EBC. The day - hike to the GokyoRi - 5360m. during trek you to look down on the vast Ngozumpa Glacier and have the great panorama views of four of the worlds ten highest peaks Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu and Makalu. Our return route to Namche Bazaar will be via Renjo la pass, a Fantastic high pass. This trek is considered as classic trek and suitable for average people. If you are moderately fit and have a sense of adventure you will enjoy this trek. The program is designed to acclimatize you gradually and not to experience high altitude sickness. However you are requested to check your altitude fitness and the itinerary.
