It is good to check out with several companies before making a decision, but please be aware that in Nepal there are some companies who operate without experienced and qualified staff. Certainly they offer cheaper prices, but there may be some unexpected hidden costs. Many clients go back home with bitter experience due to poor services. I saw this repeatedly when I worked as a guide in other companies, which is what motivated me to start this business.
Perhaps you will not believe this; I will give you an example.
Please notice our services; during the trek we provide you a lodge menu which includes unlimited tea or coffee with each meal. After hearty breakfast, we give you some energy snacks, such as Mars, Snicker, Boundary Bars and many more chocolates. When you reach the lunch place, we provide hot tang juice And you can order the lunch of your choice from the lodge menu. After trekking all day you will reach the guest house. After a hot shower, we will serve tea with biscuits. For dinner, you can order your choice from the menu; soup, main course and dessert.
We always want to give high quality service as we believe that in time it will pay off by creating a positive reputation in the market. We are not as concerned with the number of clients; to us the most important thing is this to give excellent quality service. Unfortunately, there is a lot of competition to lower the price, and little competition in providing quality.
